We walked in Motor Mall with the idea of buying a car but we were unsure of the route we were going to take. Karl Green took the time to explain everything in detail to us and showed us cars he thought would be suitable for our family, we ended up taking a Dacia Duster automatic for a test drive and fell in love with this vehicle! It’s the perfect balance of practicality and luxury with all the added extras you find on new vehicles. We’ve had the car for 1 week now and I’ve become easily aquatinted with the car already and it’s such a lovely drive! Karl made the process of buying a car less daunting for us and helped us to make a decision that suited us as a family. Karl Green has been excellent throughout. He provided the right level of information in a way that I never felt pressured. Yes, he was selling me a car but I felt very comfortable throughout. Equally as important has been the after sales treatment and this has been excellent as well. There were a couple of very minor 'niggles' with the car but these have been resolved to my satisfaction.
